Hi folks,

I am a dual-licensed sex therapist and kink specialist. I work most frequently with clients looking to explore topics like sexual satisfaction, non-monogamous lifestyles, relationship communication, kink lifestyles, kink education and queer concerns. I  am passionate about religious deconstruction and working with religious trauma. I love to support people who are looking to set stronger boundaries and increase their self-love. Shame can easily rule us and my work is focused on reducing shame and exploring who you are meant to be, regardless of social convention. I encourage clients to embrace their wackiest, wildest, most authentic self. 

I frequently utilize narrative therapy, which means seeing your life as a story and empowering you to be the author. Following this model will mean we explore the "stories you tell yourself". This model often increased self-awareness and self acceptance which are the backbone of my therapeutic work. I always use a feminist theory framework. This means I am going to ask you questions to explore your life stories through a lens of power, gender, history, and social constructs. 

With clients that are interested, I will sometimes use IFS. IFS is a whole other model of therapy, commonly called "parts work". It's a method of therapy that focuses on your internal monologue and pulls apart contradictory elements of self. It often focuses on increased self-compassion and introspection. 

Methods

I am a pansexual, polyamorous cisgender woman who lives in Austin Tx. Although I was raised Christian, I am a faecraft pagan and witch and I revel in leaving coercive, formal religion behind me. I have been passionate about supporting folks in their sex lives and relationships since I was a young adult. I'm plus-sized, disabled, and happy. I strongly believe that self-love and self-compassion are key components to life. I value clarity of communication and consent-focused living.

I am the owner, founder, and "admin goblin" of Renegade. I started this company as a place that isn't just "cool about weird stuff", but rather a place that focuses on and treasures alternate communities. After a lifetime of having to educate my own therapists on topics around kink, paganism, non-monogamy, and sexuality, I chose to make the practice I wish existed years ago. I built Renegade to become a unique place where self-expression and community thrive. It's been a hell of a journey but I am proud to say that self-reflection, shared wisdom, and radical kindness are at the core of the Renegade team. 

Additionally, I am a huge nerd who loves board games, video games, and costume design. In addition to sewing my own costumes for events like Renaissance faires, I also take pride in fashion doll restoration. I live in Austin, Texas with my partner and our two cats, Baby and Miguel. If you meet with me they will definitely make an appearance on screen!
