The Bearing Witness session is a unique, one-time therapeutic offering designed for people who need space to tell their story—without analysis, interpretation, or pressure to process. This session is not about fixing, reframing, or unpacking what happened. It is about presence, respect, and acknowledgment.
Bearing Witness Session (60 minutes) – $80
The full hour is dedicated to sharing your story. If desired, we may spend a brief portion at the end of the session engaging in grounding or coping strategies to help you leave feeling more regulated and supported.
Bearing Witness + Coping Support (90 minutes) – $110
This option includes the full 60-minute Bearing Witness session, followed by an additional 30 minutes focused entirely on coping and grounding. During this time, I can teach practical tools, offer nervous system regulation strategies, and support you in identifying coping practices that feel accessible and affirming for you.
While this session can serve as a gentle first step toward longer-term therapy, it also stands alone. There is no expectation to continue therapy afterward.

Bearing Witness - a therapeutic alternative
Healing begins by being heard.
The Bearing Witness session is a unique, one-time therapeutic offering designed for people who need space to tell their story—without analysis, interpretation, or pressure to process. This session is not about fixing, reframing, or unpacking what happened. It is about presence, respect, and acknowledgment.
In this hour-long session, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you are invited to share your story in your own words, at your own pace. My role is to listen—to bear witness to what you’ve experienced, much like a witness statement in court. Many people carry experiences that have never been spoken aloud, or have been minimized, misunderstood, or rushed through. This session allows your story to exist fully and be held with care.
This can be especially supportive for:
People navigating sexual experiences, sexual identity, or kink/BDSM-related experiences
Survivors of sexual trauma who are not ready for deeper processing
Individuals who want to name something significant before deciding whether to engage in ongoing therapy
Anyone who feels they simply need someone to hear what they’ve lived through
While this session can serve as a gentle first step toward longer-term therapy, it also stands alone. There is no expectation to continue therapy afterward.
Important Notes
This session is intentionally non-processing and non-interpretive.
It is not intended to replace ongoing therapy, trauma processing, or crisis services.
You remain in control of what you share and how much you share.
If you’ve been carrying something that needs to be spoken aloud—to be acknowledged without judgment or agenda—this space is here for you.
